STERLING and TRISH MEADE, founders of DiscoverNayarit.com, have over 40 years combined experience in marketing communications. Sterling founded and operated the largest advertising & marketing communications agency between Los Angeles and San Francisco for 20 years. He continues to do consulting via Meade & Associates in Westlake Village, California. Trish founded and ran two youth oriented publications. She currently serves as the head of the Rental Owners Committee of DiscoverNayarit.com. Together with their experience and knowledge provide direction and guidance to DiscoverNayarit.com.

Since the early 1960’s when Sterling started surfing south of Ensendada they have been traveling to Mexico. They started coming to Nayarit in 1995 and instantly fell in love with the physical beauty and variety of the landscape. They became winter residents of Punta de Mita because of the lifestyle, and the people. “I know it sounds corny but the reason we return every year is because of the people and good friends we made down here.”

After years of renting their winter home to vacationers, they decided that Nayarit needed a website specifically for Nayarit owners. “We believe Riviera Nayarit will become known as a distinct destination resort area that just happens to share an airport with Puerto Vallarta.
