DON and CONNIE HEARN, owners of Advanced Mortgage, have over 35 years combined experience in the mortgage business. Connie currently serves on the Advisory Committee to Texas Savings and Mortgage Lending Commissioner and is President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth Association of Mortgage Brokers. Don is an NLP Master Practioner and trainer. Their knowledge and experience have propelled them to the top as a lender in Mexico.

Since 1998, Don and Connie have been working on developing mortgage lending in Mexico. When GE began their Mexico Dream Mortgage program in September 2005, Advanced Mortgage was one of their first approved brokers and closed the first loan in Puerto Vallarta later that year. Since that time, they have closed loans in Cancun, Los Cabos, San Miquel de Allende, Playa de Carmen, and Mazatlan. Advanced Mortgage has consistently been one of the most successful brokers in Mexico. In 2006, Advanced Mortgage closed over 20% of GE’s loans plus several loans with other lending sources.
