CAROL DAVENPORT founded Davenport Properties Real Estate Investments in 1997 and currently serves as its President. As a licensed real estate broker, she represents both sellers of investment properties and buyers seeking investment opportunities in commercial real estate properties, such as hotels, resorts, retail properties, farms and ranches. Since 1997, Ms. Davenport has been very successful in finding, negotiating and closing commercial real estate transactions throughout Texas. She has recently opened a second office in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico, to better meet her client’s needs in locating sound investments with incentives of a high rate of return.

Possessing 20 years of combined experience in sales, management, and personnel supervision within a variety of industries, Ms. Davenport’s expertise in the real estate industry is complemented by a background in accounting, business support, and financial analysis, as well as cost improvement and multi million-dollar billing.
