This unit was just redecorated with new furniture, baths and kitchen by a local design company. Each of the four bedrooms has its own full bathroom. There are two master suites overlooking Banderas Bay each with King size beds and plenty of storage space. The spacious third bedroom has two twin beds that can be secured together to make a King size, and the fourth bedroom is perfect for children with a stackable bed that sleeps two. All of the amenities for a comfortable stay are included.

Two large and beautifully maintained pools surrounded by lush tropical grounds are just a few steps away. There are outdoor showers, palapas and lounge chairs by the pools, jacuzzis and along our private beach. A short distance up the beach you can rent catamarans, kayaks, kite surfers, wave runners, windsurfers and more.

Five minutes by car in either direction will bring you to a multitude of shopping and a variety of restaurants. If you are looking for a quieter, more mature experience away from the blaring music and huge crowds, then this is the place!
