The house has three large bedrooms and a den, sleeping up to 9 comfortably. Bedding includes a king size bed, a queen size bed, two twins, and more. Three bathrooms allow for families or larger parties to easily get ready for the day. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is great for preparing anything from an easy breakfast to a holiday feast! The house is a equipped with a water purification system. The drinking water and water for the ice machine is passed through second purification system. Bottled water is also provided.

The lush and private backyard has a pool with a seperate wading area for younger children. A volleyball net and basketball hoop for the pool are available for some sunny afternoon games, or grab a book and relax in the hammock underneath the palm trees - all without leaving the house! If you are looking for an adventure, you can always hop in the Jeep and explore the local area. Many beaches are literally just a few minutes away. Large sea turtles, whales, and crocodiles are commonly sighted near-by at the Marina or by the canals. Take the Pedalo boat along and go for a cruise in the ocean or the canals. Bicylces are also provided for your use.

Upon arrival, a member of the house staff will pick you up from the airport and take you to the house. A maid, gardener and pool cleaner attend to the house daily to ensure the highest standards of your vacation. The house manager lives on the property in a seperate suite.
