Punta Esmeralda, one of the most beautiful brand new developments in Banderas Bay (Puerto Vallarta) with extraordinary surroundings. On the one hand you have an incredible view of the ocean and if you turn around you have a great view of the mountains and jungle. On the other hand you have a huge garden surrounding you with colorful flowers and palm trees.

Attention to detail is in every corner. Immerse yourself in any of the five swimming pools on different levels, each with its own unique view, palms jump out of the cool clear water. Get your margaritas at the beach club (beach towel service included), relish the tasty food. Swim and relax at the sandy private beach where you can find beautiful sea shells and take them home as souvenirs. Go to one of the two tennis courts and play with your partner. Relax in the world class spa and dip yourself in the Jacuzzi after your massage.

Our spacious unit is 2,475 sq. ft. (230 sq. m) has 3 bedrooms (1 Queen, 2 x 2 Doubles), a studio (with sofa bed), 4 complete bathrooms, terrace, 2 balconies, kitchen and living/dining room, all air conditioned. It has been recently furnished and decorated (we also have some great contemporary Mexican art). We have tried to think of every detail and amenity to make you stay as pleasurably as possible. The 4th floor location offers the BEST UNOBSTRUCTED views of the bay.

We offer you daily cleaning service (at NO EXTRA COST), your beds will be made everyday, and your town house will be cleaned. If you wish, we also offer you a private cook (extra cost) that can fix breakfast and lunch for you - have some really fresh fish, caught the day before! The perfect way to relax 24-7.

Punta Esmeralda is located 30 minutes by car from the old colonial city of Puerto Vallarta. Enjoy the silence and wonderful views but if you desire to party, shop or go out for world class fine dining, it is only a few minutes away. In Puerto Vallarta you will find everything from five star restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, little holes in the wall and great shopping opportunities.

Nuevo Vallarta, also full of restaurants, shops and golf courses is only 10 minutes away. There are another two small towns close to Punta Esmeralda, 2 miles north is La Cruz de Huanacaxtle and 2 miles south is Bucerias. La Cruz de Huanacaxtle is a quaint fishermanâ€™s town with great burger places (try the shrimp burger, exceptional!), the best taco stands and great local food. Bucerias is an adorable small town where you can find everything you need from awesome seafood to a great Pizza place (they also deliver directly), 10 minutes south is Sayulita (art, restaurants, surfing), Donâ€™t miss it!

If you are interested in golf you find 7 world class golf courses (Jack Nicklaus, Weiskopf, etc.) within minutes. We recommend you rent a car in the Puerto Vallarta airport which enables you to be mobile and visit all the wonderful places located around Punta Esmeralda. If you prefer you may also hire a daily driver or order a taxi.
