Upstairs is for the owners' use, downstairs features two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, living/dining room, and kitchen which all open to the pool and garden. The house is beautifully outfitted and has beach access. We have a new addition---Casita Morada. ( see listing # 36545 ) It has two apartments which share their own pool. Both apartments have two bedrooms and one bath ----they have all the same amenities as Casa Morada.

Enjoy staying in a lovely Mexican fishing village. Experience local life but still be close enough to Puerto Vallarta for the tourist attractions. Our village is small enough to walk everywhere but taxis and buses are available for transportation to airport and Puerto Vallarta.
The house sleeps seven, housekeeper, air conditioned, satellite TV, VCR, purified water system throughout the house.
