Stroll along the beachfront, listening to the rustle of the palms and the tranquil lap of the waves. Walk or jog along miles of spectacular beach. Visit and explore the enchanting town that is Bucerias. After a day in paradise, casually walk the beach to one of the many excellent seaside restaurants for dinner. You can do it all! In the evening the rolling surf will lull you to sleep.
There are 5 world class golf courses located within a few minutes from the house.

Normal weekly rates include 2 mid-stay maid cleaning services, normal monthly rates include 1 maid cleaning service per week, additional maid service is available at $30 USD each. Gardener service provided. Electricity usage bill is NOT included in monthly rates during May through Oct stays (average electricity bill using 2 air-conditioning units 10 hours per day runs approximately. $200 USD per month).

We can place a 7 day hold on your reservation until your deposit arrives (subject to availability), after this hold period expires a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your reservation.
The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
A security deposit equal to 1 night´s rate (when rented weekly)or 1 week´s rate (when rented monthly), is required with final payment, and is returned within 7 days of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1.- There is a one night, per-week-rented, non-refundable cancellation fee.
2.- In case the cancellation is made 31 or more days prior to arrival a full refund will be extended only if we are able to re- rent the casa for the exact dates of your reservation, non- refundable cancellation fees will apply.
3.- We are sorry, there is no refund for cancellations made 30 days or less prior to your arrival.
