There is a large Jacuzzi hot tub on the upper terrace which offers a magnificent view of the bay.
The ground floor of the villa has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room with a television salon which has satalite TV, this is also available in two bedrooms.
Two bedrooms are situated pool side. The front terrace faces the beach has a dining area sheltered by a large Palapa.
The villa is fully airconditioned and has ceiling fans in each room, it is also fully equipped with all the comforts of a luxury home. There is a water purifier and softener system, this enable the water to be used from the tap.
The rental includes gardener, pool maintenance and maid service. A cook can be arranged on request, although the area supports many excellant resturants.
