The view in the front is fantastic. Look out over the 20 mile wide Bay of Bandaras - sailboats, dolphins and an occasional whale. Out the front gate and onto the beach with up to 4 miles to walk in one direction and 2 miles in the other. Bucerias is a charming town which is 95% Mexican and 5% North American and absolutely non touristy. Local family run restaurants are excellent and local food stores carry all the essentials. Puerto Vallarta is just 15 minutes away for gourmet restaurants, supermarkets and all the tourist amenities.
