You are only 11 blocks walking distance from Bucerias Beach, which is a sandy, tropical beach that extends all the way to Nueva Vallarta in the south and Cruz de Huanacaxtle in the north. People in the community are very friendly. You will have Mexican, Canadian and American neighbors. The community has its own security system and guards at the entrance.

There are plenty of things to do in Bucerias and its surrounding

beaches. Spend a relaxing day in Bucerias village, with its local markets, shops, restaurants and beaches. Or venture out a little further to Destiladeras beach for surfing off virgin sands, kayaking, snorkeling in Sayulita, Punta de Mita or Playa Veraderos. If you would like to spend a relaxing evening, there are excellent restaurants in town, many with live music. But if you want to party or explore international tourist facilities, bars and restaurants, you can be in Puerto Vallarta in half an hour by car, taxi or local bus service.

If you want access to the best beaches in the Bahia de Banderas

during the day, this is the ideal location because Bucerias is right in the

middle. Puerto Vallarta airport is about 20 Minutes away. Punta Mita is 30 minutes’ drive. Puerto Vallarta town is 30 minutes away and Sayulita 30 minutes. Really you have the best of everything nearby.
