A cute one bedroom house in the quaint little village of San Pancho. Situated only 45 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta, San Pancho offers one of the most beautiful, uncrowded beaches on the Pacific coast. The casita is a short 10 minute stroll up the main street to the beach. Many people visit once, and then they are hooked on the quiet jungle, plentiful seafood, nice people, and a vendor-free white sand beach.

The casita is fully furnished with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, linens, and drinking water. There is one bathroom and one bedroom inside the casita. There is also a couch in the livingroom that can serve as a comfortable extra single bed. Outside, the property is surrounded by a wall and a gate for your complete privacy and safety. There is a secure area within the property to park a car. A large palapa and a wood staircase leads you to a roof terrace where you can sit and catch the breezes while watching the sunset. The garden contains a large brick patio and many beautiful native flowers and fruit trees. The patio area is fully furnished with lawn furniture, table and chairs, and a gas BBQ. There is also an outside shower as well as an inside shower.
Sit back on a hammock and sway slowly as you dream of what you might want to do tomorrow. You can swim, surf, bird-watch, fish, snorkel, ride horses on the beach at sunset, hike in the jungle, eat in many excellent restaurants, or just sit on the beach and watch the whales and dolphins play.
