Living space of the two-bedroom unit measures a comfortable 900 square feet. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom; the second guest room has the option of one king or two twins depending on the guest's needs with its bathroom across the hall. This is perfectly suited to two couples or three to four friends sharing.

This home is well-designed for indoor/outdoor living. A front terrace provides a nice reading, painting, or cocktail area while the back patio houses the key dining area and sunning spot which are set nicely around the small pool, perfect for refreshing dips.

It has a fully-equipped kitchen with abundant appliances, dishes, and cookware - keeping in mind those who appreciate cooking.

The spacious indoor living/dining area is perfect for lounging around. The home is very tastefully decorated throughout with lively Mexican colors, handcrafted furniture, hand-painted tiles, abundant art work and crafts, high-quality linens, wonderful garden and foliage throughout.

The master bedroom and living/dining room are air conditioned, the second bedroom is not but is cool and well ventilated. All areas have ceiling fans. Linens, bath and beach towels, beach umbrellas all included. DVD, VCR, TV, satellite, CD player. Maid service is offered twice weekly. A private cook can be hired for a great Mexican dining experience in the privacy of your casa.

As the name "Casa del Gato" indicates, the owners have two friendly cats so guests must be cat tolerant. The pool is semi-private as the owner uses it occasionally.
