The home was originally built by a very well-known figure. One of the original Marlboro man models. The lower level has a beautifully furnished master bedroom with a window air conditioner, & master bath. Another fully furnished 2nd bedroom with ceiling fan. A main area bath, with full kitchen, dining area, & sitting area. Walk out of the front doors to a lovely, private, patio area with a swimming pool. It also has a small courtyard in back.

The upper level has a beautiful fully furnished bedroom with ceiling fan, 2 sliding glass doors, & a gorgeous large bath, an outdoor patio kitchen, & wet bar. It also has a lovely decorated, rounded covered balcony area that overlooks some of the most breathtaking sunsets found in the world. The upper level also has a sun balcony off of the bedroom overlooking the rear courtyard.

The garden areas are beautifully landscaped with palm trees, other tropical plants, and trees. Night time at Casa Verano is very romantic with the exterior wall lighting adorning the private swimming pool and the patio area.

All of this, yet easy walking distance to taxis and bus routes. Very easy access to and from Puerto Vallarta and all towns north and south. Walking distance to the town of Bucerias, with convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping just a couple of blocks away. The Flamingos Golf Course is just a five-minute drive. Snorkeling, whale watching, surfing, and deep-sea fishing are only minutes away. Gardener and maid service also. All of this and right in the heart of the Mexican Gold Coast!
