The house is furnished with a mix of contemporary pieces (imported from Ikea) and locally made Mexican furniture. An air conditioner keeps the bedroom cool all the time, and cools the entire house when necessary. A platform couch in the living room/kitchen area serves as a 2nd bed for 1 or 2 children or an adult guest. The roof-top deck is tiled and could be used for outdoor sleeping if so desired--mosquito nets are provided. A 2nd small outdoor area is enclosed on the ground floor. 1 bathroom includes a shower bath; a 2nd half-bath lies off the living room/kitchen, for use by guests or children. Extras include beach umbrellas and chairs, boogie boards and rafts, and a charcoal grill. Small, private, easy to get to, with complete gated security, and off-street parking for 1 car.
