We have a direct beachfront unit with its own large vanishing edge dipping pool overlooking a large common area vanishing edge oval heated pool and this very private beach.
Go off the beach to find fresh Oysters in the old Oyster cove. Or just hang out at our place. It has unobstructed views of the bay, the lights of Puerto Vallarta and its fire works can be seen right out from our unit. The unit is brand new so the furnishings and everything else are brand new for you to enjoy. This is NOT a narrow condo in a high rise building as you will find in most beachfront resorts.
We have 3200 Square Feet of pure luxury. Four large Bedrooms, each with a private full bath. All floors are marble, all counter tops in the baths and kitchen are solid slab marble or granite. All Bedrooms have built-ins for the closets. We have a huge wall of sliding glass windows in the great room and two master suites all opening up to our large private outdoor patio. Even the third and fourth bedroom have windows facing the ocean!
The complex, once complete, will have seven large common pool areas, beautiful, professionally-groomed grounds, a poolside dining area with wireless internet access (I'm here writing this description overlooking the pool and ocean). The complex of only 220 units has 24/7 gated security for your ease of mind. It also has a Spa complex with hot tub, Gym, and Full Spa services available for your every need.
We have a great tram car that takes you from the parking area down to our unit. If you want the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta, this is not the place for you. We are only about halfway to Punta de Mita but in a development with much the same feel of seclusion and elegance.
