Sayulita is a small fishing village located on the west coast of Mexico and home to about 2500 Mexican citizens, surfers, and laid back tourists. The village is about 35 minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta Airport and is a perfect place to visit for fishing, reading on the patio, quiet walks, snorkeling, surfing, and eating great seafood.The village is surrounded by lush jungle and the panorama of mountains and the ocean is amazing. The area is semi-tropical, meaning that it has two primary seasons, one rainy and the other dry. The dry season runs from October until late June or early July when the rains start in a normal year. During the rainy season it rains most days beginning about dusk and rains with lots of thunder and lightning most nights. Both seasons have their special advantages but the best, we think, are the months between November and June.

Carlitos: 1 Bedroom, One Bath ....... $ 500/week (includes a maid 6 days a week).
Casas Viviana, Carrollena, Los Amigos & Mariposa: 2 Bedrooms, two bath $1200/week.
Casas Jardin two bedroom 3 bath, Botellas two bedrooms, two bath $900 a week
Casa Carlos 3 Bedrooms 3 bath ....... $1500/week.
LOW SEASON: Rates are 30% LOWER & Dates are Negotiable.
50% deposit required to hold reservation
Saturday to Saturday Rentals ONLY. Pets are NOT allowed.

We are a small group of owners who offer homes in a family compound with spectacular views (and beach access)that have from 1 to 3 bedrooms, as well as homes directly on the beach in a six house compound with a shared pool (all are two bedrooms but can accomdate 2 more on couches in the living rooms). We encourage you to check out both but start with the environment that most appeals to you. We�ve worked hard at creating homes we love and that we hope you will too.
