Guest house sleeps two with one bedroom and one bath, outdoor patios and deck, and private dipping pool with ocean views. When rented with two-bedroom main house, both houses are ideal for three couples. A lower studio bedroom with studio loft and outdoor view deck sleeps an additional two people and may be rented along with the main and/or guest houses.

All bedrooms feature king-sized beds with fine cotton linens and DVD systems. Both main house and guest house are WiFi zones; high-speed wireless internet use and all phone calls made to the States are available at no cost. There is an extensive DVD library and CD collection for your enjoyment. Kitchens are fully equipped, water purification system ensures that all water/ice throughout the house is clean and safe to drink.

PLEASE NOTE: The property is not designed to be safe for children because it is built into a very steep hill and there are several areas with open railings above high drop offs. One unprotected side of the pool also sits above a high retaining wall. These elements make the house spectacular for adults, but unfortunately, they are also potentially dangerous for children.

Daily housekeeping and laundry service; English-speaking gardener/caretaker available to answer any questions. The property is extremely private and secure and only a ten-minute walk to both the beach and the town square.
